Overview:

The Physician Portal is an evolving source of information and access for the physician/caregiver community for the IVhin network members. Initially, the portal will be publicly available to all physician/caregivers until the clinical patient information is on-line when it will then be a secure “members-only” portal.

We encourage all physicians and caregivers to periodically view this site to keep up with progress and to use it as a unique source of regional health information sources.

IVhin’s Mission is supported by the Knoxville Academy of Medicine and the Tennessee Medical Association.

Technology Survey

You can help us determine the "digital readiness" of the physician groups in the Knoxville/East TN Region by participating in the TN HIMSS Survey. Please click here to participate.

IVhin is working with the Tennessee Chapter of Health Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS) on a project to assess the "digital readiness" of Tennessee's hospitals and physician practices. We encourage all physician practices, hospitals, and any provider of healthcare services to complete the survey. IVhin is supporting the State of Tennessee eHealth Initiative in laying the foundation for regional health networks in Tennessee.

The Tennessee chapter of HIMSS, in partnership with QSource, THA, THIMA,TMGMA, TMGMA and Shared Health, is working with the Tennessee eHealth Advisory Council to improve the quality of health care available across our state. TNHIMSS is launching a study of the technological readiness of Tennessee's hospitals and physician practices through this survey.
